2. Digital Product Sales
- Product Delivery: All garden blueprints sold through our website are digital products. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate.
- No Physical Products: We do not sell or ship any physical products. All sales are for digital files only, provided in PDF or similar formats.
3. Personal Use License
- License Grant: Upon purchasing a garden blueprint, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license to use the blueprint solely for your own garden project. This license allows you to modify the blueprint for your personal use.

5. Payment and Pricing
- Payment Methods: We accept digital payments through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in Euro. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes.
- Pricing Errors: While we strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If we discover an error in pricing, we will notify you and provide the option to either continue with the purchase at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues with downloading the blueprint or accidental duplicate purchases), you may request a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
