By purchasing any garden blueprint from PrePlanned Gardens, you agree to the following licensing and usage terms. These terms are designed to protect our intellectual property and ensure that our products are used appropriately.

1. Personal Use License

  • When you purchase a garden blueprint, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the blueprint for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You are free to use the blueprint to create and modify your own garden according to your preferences. This includes making adjustments to the layout or substituting plants based on local availability or personal taste.

2. Restrictions on Use

By purchasing a blueprint, you agree to the following restrictions:

  • No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or give away the blueprint in any form, whether in physical or digital format.
  • No Public Posting: You may not post the blueprint, or any modified versions of it, online or make it available for download (whether for free or for purchase).
  • No Commercial Use: The blueprints are for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless you have received explicit permission from PrePlanned Gardens (see section below on Commercial Use).

3. Commercial Use

If you are a business or professional (such as a landscaping company) and wish to use any of our blueprints for commercial purposes, please contact us for a quote and licensing details at support@preplanned-gardens.com.

  • Commercial use includes, but is not limited to, using the blueprints in professional landscaping projects, resale, or distributing them as part of a service offering.
  • Unauthorized commercial use is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

4. Modifications

You are free to modify the blueprint for your own personal garden. This includes:

  • Adjusting the design to better suit your specific garden space.
  • Replacing recommended plants with local or preferred alternatives.

However, any modified versions of the blueprint are still subject to these usage restrictions and cannot be resold, redistributed, or posted online.

5. Intellectual Property

All garden blueprints remain the intellectual property of PrePlanned Gardens. Purchasing a blueprint does not transfer ownership of the design to you; it only grants you a license to use the blueprint under the terms outlined above.

6. Breach of Terms

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of your license and/or legal action. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property.
