Shipping and Delivery
At PrePlanned Gardens, all of our products are digital downloads, so there’s no physical shipping required. Below are details on how you will receive your purchased garden blueprints and what to do if you encounter any issues.
1. Digital Product Delivery
- Instant Access: Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive an email with a download link to your purchased garden blueprint(s). The email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
- Download Format: All blueprints are provided in PDF format, which can be easily viewed on any device or printed for your convenience.
- No Shipping Costs: Since all our products are digital, there are no shipping fees or waiting times for delivery.
2. How to Access Your Downloads
- Check Your Inbox: After completing your purchase, please check your email inbox for the download link. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
- Download Window: The download link provided in the email will remain active for 365 days, allowing you to access your product at your convenience. If you have any issues accessing the file within this time, please reach out to us.
3. Troubleshooting and Issues
If you encounter any problems with accessing or downloading your blueprint, please try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder to ensure the email didn’t get filtered.
- Contact Us: If the download link isn’t working or you haven’t received your email within a few minutes of purchase, please contact us at support@preplanned-gardens.com. Include your order number and email address used at checkout, and we will resend the download link.
4. Digital Product Only
Please note that all products sold on PrePlanned Gardens are digital. We do not ship physical items. Upon purchase, you will receive a digital file to download and use. No physical products will be delivered.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once you’ve successfully downloaded your product, we recommend saving a copy of the file on your device. If you accidentally delete or misplace the file, please contact us with your order information, and we’ll help you retrieve your purchase.
